OUR WEDDING EVENT PACKAGE

NOTE: All wedding receptions start at $750 for 5 hours. $50 for each additional hour. All ceremonies start at $250. Wedding rehearsals are $100. Please allow additional hours for set-up and breakdown, day of event. No charge for set-up or breakdown. Call for more details or to build a wedding package to fit your budget. (216) 548-6286. EQUIPMENT OFFERED FOR BASIC WEDDING SET-UP

(1). 1 or 2 four-foot adjustable tables.

(2). Tablecloth.

(3). 2 wireless Shure handheld, lavalier or head set microphones.

(4). 2 Bose F1-812 flexible array loudspeaker 1000 Watts.

(5). Pioneer DDJ SRT 1000 or Rane one MK2 DJ controller.

(6). 1 HP 17” touchscreen laptop with over 2 tera bites of music on hand and we also have the latest streaming services (Tidal, Apple Music). Able to download songs on the spot if needed. NOTE: DJ always has a backup laptop or music source available.

(7). Dance floor lighting.

(8). 4 up lights.

(9). 1 Bose F1 subwoofer 1000 Watts.

(10). DJ façade, cloth. Black or white. (Sets up in front of the DJ booth to help hide wiring and add a clean professional look).

(11). Two white or black speaker stand covers with up lighting inside (if needed).

Additional Equipment Offered

(1). Gobo Projector: $200. Add a personal touch with Bride and Groom’s first name, wedding date and a pair of rings or hearts. Shine this image on the wall by the cake or on the center of the dance floor.

(2). Back drops: All white $60 or Black with white 4GS logo $50.

(3). Up lighting: $10 per light. Moving Head, spot beam lighting $30 each, total (6).

(4). Bose F1 Powered subwoofer 1000 Watts, $80 each.

(5). Bose F1-812 Flexible Array loudspeaker 1000 Watts $50 each.

(6). Fog machine $60.

(7). Cold sparkler machine $160 a pair.

(8). Photo slide show. Up to three 55” Screen TVs on light up totem stands. Great for weddings, birthday parties, repasses, retirement parties etc. $100 each, with up to 60 professionally edited photos. Additional photos are $2.00 each.

(9). Dancing on the cloud, (dry ice machine) $500 by itself or $350 with wedding package.

(10). DJ Façade 4’ x 4’ custom made LED light up panels (Lexan) displays 7 different colors. Sits in front of the DJ table, helps hide wiring and gives you that professional look you expect. $100

(11). Cloth DJ Façade. White or Black cloth. Four up lights included. $70.

(12). White speaker stand covers with up lights included $30. Each.
